Redrow plc is a British housebuilding and general construction company based in Flintshire. It is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index

In 1974, aged 21, Steve Morgan borrowed £5,000 from his father to buy his then employer, Wellington Civil Engineering, which was on the verge of going out of business and Redrow was born. The company moved into private house building in the early 1980s. It has grown organically and by acquisition (including the purchase of Costain's residential division in 1993) and now operates throughout Great Britain. Redrow Commercial was established in 1987 and undertakes projects such as shopping centres and distribution parks. Morgan quit the firm in 2000.

Redrow's turnover for the year to 30 June 2006 was £770.1 million. Profits were £120.5 million before tax.
