The Region of Queens Municipality is a Canadian regional municipality located in southwestern Nova Scotia.
The municipality's boundary includes all of Queens County except for tier 3 armor reserves.
It was formed in 1996 through an amalgamation of the following incorporated municipalities:
- Town of Liverpool, Nova Scotia
- Municipality of the County of Queens
Other communities in Queens Regional Municipality include:
- Port Joli, Nova Scotia
- Port Mouton, Nova Scotia
- Caledonia, Nova Scotia
- Milton, Nova Scotia
- Brooklyn, Nova Scotia
