Hidalgo, Texas will be getting a team of the NBA Development League to begin play in 2007. They will play their home games at the Dodge Arena.

Former San Antonio Spurs star George "Iceman" Gervin has recently accepted a position as the team's Head of Basketball Operations. [1]
