Riverfront Tower I is a 295 unit luxury high rise residential skyscraper at 100 Riverfront Drive in downtown Detroit, Michigan. It offers views of Windsor, Ontario, the Ambassador Bridge, and the Detroit River's many ships and private water craft during spring and summer months. Landscaped parkland surrounds the towers. It is adjacent to Riverfront Tower II and Riverfront Tower III. Built in 1982 and finished in 1983, the building is a bold example of modern architecture. Each Riverfront tower creates an ascending tier of three.
