Robert, Archduke of Austria-Este

Archduke Robert Karl Ludwig Maximilian Michael Maria Anton Franz Ferdinand Joseph Otto Hubert Georg Pius Johannes Marcus d'Aviano of Austria-Este (Schonbrunn, February 8, 1915 - Basel, February 7, 1996), Prince Imperial of Austria, Prince Royal of Hungary and Bohemia was born as the second son of Karl I of Austria and Princess Zita. On April 16, 1917 he was created Archduke of Austria-Este by his father, Emperor Karl I of Austria.

He married Princess Margherita Isabella Maria Vittoria Emanuella Elena Gennara of Savoy-Aosta (b. 7 April 1930, elder daughter of the late Amadeo, 3rd Duke of Aosta on December 28, 1953 in Bourg-en-Bresse, France (civilly) and December 29, 1953 (religious), in Brou, France.
