Broadcaster Roger Day born in Kent on March 29, 1945 & currently presents shows on Birmingham's Saga 105.7 FM & BBC Radio Kent.

Day appeared on Southern TV's Pop The Question music quiz in 1965, which was hosted by Muriel Young. In 1966 he was working as an accountant by day and part-time DJ at night.
Day was invited to join Swinging Radio England and was one of the original presenters & was there until the station closed 6 months later.
In 1967, he joined Radio Caroline South before joining Radio Luxembourg.
He then returned to pirate Radio Broadcasting with Radio Northsea International.
Since then, Day has been heard on many commercial stations throughout the UK including Manchester's Piccadilly Radio, Birmingham's BRMB, Radio West in Bristol, Invicta in Canterbury, Pirate FM Cornwall, Jazz FM London and County Sound Guildford.
From its interception in October 2001, Day presented shows for Saga 105.7 FM in Birmingham. He took over the Weekday Drivetime show from 4-8pm, (4-7pm on Fridays) & presented a three hour show on Saturday mornings from 10am-1pm playing 50s & 60s tunes & an hour of number ones on Saturday afternoons from 1-2pm.
Day can still be heard on Saga 105.7 FM on Saturdays, but now presents a daily show on BBC Radio Kent every weekday evening from 7-10pm. This show is heard on BBC Local Radio stations in the South & South East of England). He also has a Sunday afternoon show from 2-5pm just on BBC Radio Kent.
In addition to that, he can also be heard presenting regular shows on the Satellite Version of Radio Caroline, which he has been doing since 2003.
