Rosanna Cox Fitzgerald

Rosanna Cox (c.1836 - 12 March 1879) was the mother of John "Honey Fitz" Fitzgerald, grandmother to Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy, and great-grandmother of John F., Robert F. and Edward Kennedy.

Rosanna Cox was born in c.1836 in Ireland to Philip and Mary Cox. After emigrating to America, she married Thomas Fitzgerald on November 15, 1857 in Boston, Massachusetts and died there on March 12, 1879 at the age of 43.
