Rajoa Sadat

The famous town of Rajoa Sadat is situated at Faisalabad Sargodha Road in Tehsil Chiniot of District Jhang. It is dominated by Bukhari Syeds. It is a large tract behind the Chadhar country near chenab river. Sadat of Rajoa have always been independent in history, even in the syal reign they enjoyed their independence which may be due to their respect of belonging to Muhammad's family or it may also be due their own valour or brravery. But once in the reign of famous Walidad Khan Syal they attcked by syals as it is said that they were involved in camel theft which were the property of Syals, so after just punishing them the Walidad khan restored their state of independence.

Still Syeds of this area play an active role in politics and Sardarzda Zafar Abbas is member National Assembley. Thet are entitled as Sardarzada.

A university is under construction now at Rajoa Sadat named Jamiatul Beasat (Beasat University) administered by Maulana Mazhar Kazmi.

Almost 350 million tons of iron minerals, the biggest repository of iron ore in Pakistan, are in this area.
