Samir Beloufa (Arabic: سمير بلوفا) (born August 27, 1979 in Melun, France) is an Algerian football player representing the Swedish side Helsingborgs IF. He transferred to Helsingborg from Westerlo in March 2007. He also played with Mouscron and Germinal Beerschot in Belgium. In Italian Serie A he played with A.C. Milan for season 1997-98 and for Monza in Serie B.
He was part of the Algerian 2004 African Nations Cup team, who finished second in their group in the first round of competition before being defeated by Morocco in the quarter-finals.
