Samuel Jacobs (born 10 April 1988) is an Australian rules footballer who is named on the Carlton Football Club rookie list in the Australian Football League for 2007.

Jacobs was selected by Carlton with its first-round selection in the 2006/07 AFL rookie draft (1st pick overall). At only eighteen years old, Jacobs was noted for his size (199cm tall and 101kg). He played as a ruckman at the Woodville-West Torrens Eagles in the SANFL, playing as back-up ruckman a small number of senior games in 2006. As a rookie-listed player, he will begin 2007 playing for Carlton's VFL affiliate, the Northern Bullants.
