Sandra Dawson

Dame Sandra J. N. Dawson DBE is Master of Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge University, KPMG Professor of Management Studies and Director of the Judge Business School. In a 2004 poll, student newspaper Varsity named her as the 6th most powerful individual in the university - one place above Professor Stephen Hawking.
Prior to becoming Director of the Judge Business School in 1995, Professor Dawson was Professor of Organisational Behaviour (1990-1995) and Deputy Director of the Management School (1987-1994) at Imperial College, University of London.
Professor Dawson was the first woman to become Master of a previously all-male Oxbridge college[1].
