Sara Edwards (American television presenter)

Sara Edwards is a reporter, co-host and producer for "Backstage with Barry Nolan," on CN8's national entertainment program. For nearly a decade Sara was the entertainment reporter and film critic for 200 NBC affiliates across the country. She was also the arts and entertainment reporter for WHDH-TV in Boston.
In this role, Sara is reunited with former "Evening Magazine" partner Barry Nolan.
Originally from Los Angeles and UCLA, Sara now resides in Boston.
Over the years, Sara has earned many Emmy nominations and in 2006, won a New England Emmy for her producing and reporting work on "Backstage." She has also won three Telly awards; a national award given by industry professionals, and a New England Cable Television award for excellence in programming. Edwards also holds three honorary degrees from universities in the Boston area.
