Contents

Newt's first act as school president is to institute a 'chill zone', but not everyone agrees. Then Candy Smiles proposes to have a school pep squad. Cory disagrees, but is in favor when he finds out Meena likes the idea. Next, Candy tells Meena that she has a crush on Cory, but Cory thinks that it is Meena instead of Candy. But Cory decides to go out with Candy anyway, to make Meena jealous but it does not work out so well. When Candy, Cory, and Meena are practicing their routine, Cory does a split and gets hurt, and while they are in the nurse's office, Newt calls Cory on speaker phone and asks him is he still "using" Candy. So Candy finds out and pushes Cory down the steps and around the school on the nurse's bed. Cory makes it up to Candy by getting everyone to sing the school anthem and Candy and Cory are back to being friends.
