Sembawang Group Representation Constituency (Simplified Chinese: 三巴旺集选区) is a six-member Group Representation Constituency (GRC) located in the northern area of Singapore. The GRC consists of Sembawang, Woodlands, Marsiling, Admiralty, Canberra and Chong Pang. Since its creation in 1988, the GRC has been held by the People's Action Party and it has been uncontested at every general election until the general election in 2006. It is the electoral division in Singapore with the largest number of voters. The Group Representation Constituency was led by Tony Tan until his retirement in 2006.

Currently, Sembawang GRC is led by Health Minister Khaw Boon Wan.

The Workers' Party initially wanted to contest the GRC in the 2006 general election but ceded it to the Singapore Democratic Party.
