Sem Schilt (born October 27, 1973 in Rotterdam) is a Dutch kickboxer, mixed martial artist and Seido Kaikan karate fighter as well as World Champion[1] in the 2005 and 2006 K-1 Grand Prix tournaments in Japan.

An Ashihara Karate fighter, Schilt beat defending champion Remy Bonjasky by knockout in the 2005 K-1 Grand Prix semifinals. On October 19, 2005 Schilt met Glaube Feitosa in the tournament finals and won by knockout.

On December 31, 2005 he also defeated former four time K-1 World Grand Prix champion and fellow Dutchman Ernesto Hoost.

Semmy is a Polygot, speaking several languages fluently.
