Siam University is a university located in Bangkok, Thailand. Founded as Siam Technic College in 1965, it was upgraded to a university status in 1983. Currently, the university's eight faculties are offering degrees in 36 programs.

Siam University was founded by Dr. Narong Mongkhonvanit as one of the largest private higher education institution in 1973.

Its mission is to provide students with academic excellence, high professional skills, and sound ethical principles. More than 16,000 students enroll in undergraduate and graduate programs.

Siam University is located in a safe residential area of Bangkok at Thonburi. The campus is a 15-minute drive from Sathorn BTS station and Silom & Sathorn Financial districts.

The international colleges prepare the students to be efficient in their future professions and also equip those who wish to continue their education with proficiency in English. Degrees Two international programs exist at undergraduate level:

Featured program Hotel & Tourism Management

The International Program in Hotel & Tourism Management at Siam University was inaugurated in 1997. It offers bachelor degree in Business Administration with the major in Hotel & Tourism Management. Our faculty has publications in international academic journals such as: the Cornell Hotel & Restaurant Administration Quarterly; Journal of Hospitality & Tourism Research: Journal of Travel & Tourism Marketing; Journal of Convention & Exhibition Management and the Journal of Quality Assurance in Tourism & Hospitality.

The Business Administration in Hotel and Tourism Management at Siam University is a 4-year international program. English is the instructional language. Our objectives are to increase students’ language proficiency; prepare students to pursue graduate studies in the field of Hospitality Management and Business Administration; and provide students with technical and management skills necessary for supervisory and management positions in the hospitality industry.
