Simon Webbe (born 30 March 1979 in Manchester, England) is a solo artist and former member of the British boy band Blue.

His first single, "Lay Your Hands", was released on 22 August 2005, and reached #4 on the UK Singles Chart. His second, "No Worries" also reached #4 in November. Right after the release of his second single, the debut album, "Sanctuary", was released. Despite its #28 debut on the UK album charts, the album began to climb in its later weeks. On 13 March 2006, nearly 4 months after its release, the album went to #7 in the official charts making its second appearance in the top 10. The third single released from Simon's album, "After All This Time", was released in February and failed to become Simon's third consecutive solo Top 10 hit, entering at #16.

In September, Webbe's official site revealed that the 1st single from his second album would be released on 30 October 2006. The song, "'Coming Around Again", is described as "an uplifting slice of soulful pop" and "a reminder of the highlights in your life". The single peaked at #12 in the UK Singles Charts, and the album, "Grace", was released on the 13 November just missing the top 10 at number 11 2006. After poor sales of his last single, "My Soul Pleads For You", which failed to make the top 40, becoming the second worst chart position for an ex-Blue member, and Simon has since parted with his record label Innocent Records.

Simon has a 9 year old daughter from a previous relationship with Nicola Jones when he was 17 years old.

He is currently dating Italian showgirl and glamour model Elisabetta Canalis.

Webbe was named Company Magazine's 62nd Sexiest Man Alive in 2004. Webbe has many business ventures under his 'Love 4' group of companies, the two most notable are Love 4 Music and Love 4 PR, which he co-runs with Jade Reuben.

An excellent amateur football player, Webbe had intended to try professional football, but suffered a career-ending injury in his teens. However, he did play a striker in Sky One's The Match. Simon is a self-confessed supporter of English Football side Port Vale, with whom he had trials at when he was a youngster.

He created and managed a band called VS. members of the band were Marvin Humes[1], Jaime Summaz[2], Chinyere McKenzie[3], Blimi and Ryan Taylor [4][5]. They had released 3 singles, "Love You Like Mad", "Make It Hot" and "Call U Sexy". Also the band released an album called All Kinds of Trouble.

All the members of VS are now working on different solo projects.

He has branched out into acting, having appeared in the independent British film Rollin' With The Nines.
