Skirgaila

Skirgaila (Belarusian: Skirhajła, Polish: Skirgiełło, also known as Iwan; ca 1354 – 11 January 1397 Kiev; baptized 1383/1384 as Casimir) was the Grand Prince of Lithuania 1386 – 1392, Prince of Trakai, 1382 – 1395, Polatsk 1387 - 1397, Kiev 1395 – 1397, regent of Lithuania 1392 - 1401. He was the brother of Demetrius I Starszy and Jogaila. He was allegedly poisoned by the order of Orthodox Church officials or died of alcohol poisoning and was interred in Kiev Pechersk Lavra.
