Sky Anytime

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Sky Anytime is a new service being launched by BSkyB to compete with the on demand services currently offered by Virgin Media. It was originally branded Sky by Broadband but was changed, presumably to avoid confusion with Sky Broadband and because of the use of mobiles and TVs, as well as broadband. It comprises of a Sky Anytime application for PC, which can also be accessed in Windows Media Center, several mobile TV channels, and a future service for access via Sky HD and recent Sky+ digiboxes.
