Slow Pain was a chicano rapper born in Pico Rivera, CA and later raised in South Central's suburb of Paramount, CA which is located just east of the neighbourhood of Compton, CA, in 1995 Slow Pain released an album off of Ruthless Records called The Baby O.G., Slow Pain is known for his G-funk beats, and mostly raps in English. Slow Pain's style is based on a rough style and this Paramount native is mostly well known for hit songs "Lex's & Hoes", "Wicked Ass Funk", "Bump Dat Ass", "Rollers Only (Latin Rollers)", "All About the Cash Money" and "Ruthless Radio Show Theme" with Dirty Red, Eazy-E, J.V., A.L.T. and Frost. Even though Slow Pain is considered a mainstream West Coast hip hop artists, he often mentions Chicano life on the streets in his lyrics.
