The Small-billed Tinamou Crypturellus parvirostris is a type of Tinamou commonly found in dry savanna at altitudes up to 1,200m. It may also be found in lowland dry shrubland or degraded former forest habitats. This species is native to Brazil, northern Bolivia, north-east Argentina, south Paraguay and south-east Peru in South America.
The Bartlett's Tinamou is approximately 22 cm in length. Its upperparts dark brown, grey to brownish below and on head. Its bill and legs red.
