SoBe (1996) is a drink brand of teas, elixirs, and energy drinks produced and distributed by PepsiCo. SoBe is properly pronounced "so-bee" (IPA: [sobi]) and stands for "South Beach Beverage Co."

The South Beach Beverage Company is a drink manufacturer based in Norwalk, Connecticut, USA. Incorporated in 1996, their first product was SoBe Black Tea 3G (ginseng, guarana, and ginkgo). It became wildly popular and led to the introduction of other flavors. The South Beach Beverage Company was purchased for USD$370 million by PepsiCo North America in October, 2000.

SoBe is known for its bottlecaps, which have different phrases on each one, parodying pop culture and other references. Some phrases include: Sobe Wan Kenobi, "Apocalizard Now" and "Wasssssobe?". There are currently over 200 different cap slogans in production.^[1]

• In the video game Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee, there are SoBe vending machines that heal the character's health. These vending machines are replaced on later levels with "Health Up" machines which have the same effect.
