The Social Democratic Party of Lithuania (Lithuanian: Lietuvos socialdemokratų partija) is the social democratic political party in Lithuania. It currently leads a minority government in the unicameral Seimas, Lithuania's Parliament. The party's president is Algirdas Brazauskas, and the current Prime Minister of Lithuania is the social democrat Gediminas Kirkilas.

The Social Democratic Party of Lithuania was formed from the merger of the Lithuanian Social-Democratic Party and the Democratic Labour Party of Lithuania. The latter party was known as the Communist Party of Lithuania until 1990.

At the last legislative elections on the 10 October 2004, the Social Democratic Party of Lithuania has held 20 out of the 141 seats in the Seimas. Since 4 July 2006, the party has led a minority coalition of 59 members.

Its' last presidential candidate, Česlovas Juršėnas, won 11.9 percent of the vote at the presidential elections on the 13t June, 2004.
