Software MacKiev is a company specialized in Macintosh software development and publishing. Headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, Software MacKiev has its main workshop in Kiev, Ukraine.

In addition to developing Macintosh software under contract for software companies, Software MacKiev publishes selected titles itself under license from World Book, Inc. and Riverdeep, Inc.:

Software MacKiev's The Print Shop has won several awards, including MacEddy for Best Family Graphics App from MacWorld, Best of Show awards at Macworld NY 2003 and Macworld Boston 2005.

In 2003, World Book Multimedia Encyclopedia for Mac OS X won an Apple Design Award for Best Mac OS X Technology Adoption, and was runner-up for Best Mac OS X Product of the year.

In 2004, Kid Pix Deluxe 3X won Best of Show award at Macworld San Francisco.

In 2005, Software MacKiev released the first product of their own, 3D Weather Globe & Atlas, which was chosen as runner up for Best Mac OS X User Experience at the 10th annual Apple Design Awards.
