Stacey Stillman (born August 11, 1972) was a contestant of the first American Survivor series, which aired in 2000 and was set in Pulau Tiga.

Before Survivor, Stillman was an attorney in San Francisco, California. Stacey lives in Mountain View, California and practices intellectual property law at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP's Palo Alto office, which specializes in representing technology companies.

While on this show, she was a member of the Tagi tribe and was voted off after spending 9 days on the island.

In early 2001, she sued CBS claiming Mark Burnett arranged her exit and orchestrated the show's outcome. It was stated in a 14 page lawsuit, filed February 5, 2001, that Sean Kenniff and Dirk Been (2 fellow tribe members of Stillman) were persuaded to change their vote from 72-year-old Rudy Boesch to her.

Stillman wanted restitution for lost prize money, plus $75,000 representing out-of-pocket expenses and punitive damages. CBS and Burnett said in a statement that her claims were groundless. Sean Kenniff told USA Today that the vote wasn't influenced and Burnett said to 'Vote your conscience,' but it didn't feel to him that was coercion. Been supported her allegations.
