Staley Da Bear

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Staley Da Bear is the official mascot of the NFL's Chicago Bears. Although not specific, his official bio says that he was born near a lake that was in the forest. He was drafted by the Bears as a 1st Round Pick in August 6, 2003. His age is Bearly old enough, his height says that he's not your average-sized bear, his weight is 340 pounds, his jersey number is 00, his favorite foods are fish and honey, his favorite baseball team is the Chicago Cubs (since he's a bear), and his favorite songs are "Born to be Wild", "Bad to the Bone", and his personal favorite: "Another Cheesehead bites the dust." Of course, he likes the Bears' fight song: Bear Down. His name is derived from the original name of the team, The Decatur Staleys. The fans love him, and he pumps up the crowd during home games at Soldier Field.
