Stephen Karl Rerych (born May 14, 1946) is a former freestyle swimmer from the United States, who won gold in the 4x100m and 4x200m Freestyle Relay at the 1968 Summer Olympics. He won golds along with other swimmers such as Mark Spitz.

He later went on to become a general surgeon and is working in West Virginia.
