Stephen Ward is a footballer, currently playing for Wolverhampton Wanderers.
He began his senior career at Bohemian F.C. and scored twice on his debut when introduced as a substitute against Skerries Town in the FAI Cup on August 15, 2003. He signed for Wolverhampton Wanderers at the end of the 2006 League of Ireland season for an undisclosed fee.
He was awarded the Football League Championship Player Of The Month award for February in the 2006-07 season. He scored 3 goals in this month, against Plymouth, Burnley and Ipswich.
