The constituency currently covers a predominantly rural area, with boundaries almost identical to the Stratford-on-Avon local government district.
At the next general election however, it will be much reduced in size: A new constituency, Kenilworth and Southam will be created. Taking in much of the eastern half of the present constituency. Along with parts of the present Rugby and Kenilworth constituency.
