Submit is an album by the British band Pitch Shifter, released in 1992. Fitting somewhere between an EP and a full-length album, it was the last album to feature Stuart Toolin in the band. The original CD release (in 1992) did not have the two live tracks and Silo was a hidden track. The vinyl release didn't even have Silo on it, and the matrix of the record has some comments: on Side A it says 'A Fat Wallet Production' while Side B says 'Buy the CD for Silo '.

While not as heavy as Industrial it is still more intense than any later releases, and is still firmly in the Industrial metal genre, with a sound that has been compared to early Godflesh. Submit contains several tracks that are regarded amongst 'old-school' fans as some of the best the band ever recorded, with Deconstruction and Dry Riser Inlet being particular favourites.

  1. "Gritter"
  2. "Deconstruction"
  3. "New Flesh P.S.I."
  4. "Bastardiser"
  5. "Dry Riser Inlet"
  6. "Tendrill"
"Silo" (hidden, not on the vinyl).

  • Bass Guitar: M.D. Clayden
  • Lead Guitar: J.A. Carter
  • Rhythm Guitar: S.E. Toolin
  • Vocals/Visuals: J.S. Clayden
  • Engineer: Dave Lawrence
  • Band Photography: M. Akerman
  • Lyrical Inspiration: V.J. Toolin
  • Thanks: Stuart Knight, Dig (Digby Pearson, founder of Earache Records).

Originally released in 1992 on vinyl and CD, it was re-released on CD only in 1995 with the hidden track plainly listed as a separate track from "Tendrill" and with two live tracks recorded in Germany. Landfill originally featured on Industrial and would later rise again on Desensitized as a hidden track.
