Sulbiate is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Milan in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 25 km northeast of Milan. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,441 and an area of 5.3 km2.[1]
The municipality of Sulbiate contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Sulbiate Superiore, Sulbiate Inferiore, Brentana, and Cascina Cà.
Sulbiate borders the following municipalities: Verderio Inferiore, Cornate d'Adda, Bernareggio, Aicurzio, Mezzago, Vimercate, Bellusco.
