Sunjong, the Yungheui Emperor (hangul: 융희제; hanja: 隆熙帝; revised: yunghuije; McCune-Reischauer: yunghŭije; March 25, 1874April 24, 1926) was the last emperor of the Joseon Dynasty in Korea, ruling from 1907 until 1910. He is the fourth son of Emperor Gwangmu. Crown Prince Cheok was made Emperor Yung-hui when the Japanese forced the abdication of Emperor Gwangmu and his reign ended with the Japan-Korea Annexation Treaty of 1910.
