There is no discernible difference between humans and Fury. They have the same body structures as humans, though it does not seem that they practiced genetic engineering, like the Balmarians. They are capable of interbreeding with humans.

According to the storyline in Super Robot Wars Judgement, it is revealed that they were the ones that seeded life on Earth. After being defeated in a war 4 billion years ago, they fled from their home world to the planet that would later be known as Earth. During that time, the Earth was simply a barren world, and they began to terraform the planet. As the process would take a long time, it was decided they would simply allow evolution to take its time. Therefore, the majority of the population entered into cryogenic sleep, with only a handful of Fury Knights alternating sleep.

It is not revealed what the Fury homeworld looked like, though it can be assumed that it was also had an atmosphere similar to Earth. Having been defeated in a previous war, it can also be assumed their planet was destroyed as a result of war.

The Fury government is a constitutional monarchy, headed by a ruling king or queen. Its military group is known as the Fury Holy Knights, a special group formed to protect the Fury from extraterrestrial threats. It is lead by a Representative Knight, with a few Knights under the representative's command, followed by the Semi-Knights and Subordinates.

The rank of a Fury soldier also dictates their role in the military:

  • Subordinate

Commonly seen on the frontlines of the army, a Subordinate serves as regular foot soldiers for the Fury Knights.

  • Semi-Knight

In the absence of a Fury Knight, Semi-Knights act as field commanders; in the presence of one, they are given second-in-command.

  • Knight

Ranked second in the hierarchy of the Fury military. They actively participate in all known engagements; furthermore, they are entrusted with the key to the Fury ship, the Gau-La Furia.

  • Representative Knight

Similar to a general, the Representative Knight is given the highest rank in the Fury military, with power equal to that of the Fury monarchy. The representative is also responsible for all military movements, and is further entrusted with the protection of the Gau-La Furia.

It is not revealed what is the Fury's religion, however, it is confirmed that they have a deity known as the God Dragon Basileus. It is said, in Fury legends, that Basileus was involved in the creation of their original homeworld.

Fury technology is one of the most advanced to appear in any Super Robot Wars game, considering the fact they have existed for more than 4 billion years. The basis of Fury technology is an elementary particle known as Cytron. It allows the exchange of information between man and machine, allowing a pilot to learn and gain experience faster while on the battlefield. Cytron also allow one's memories to physically pass onto another person, giving limited precognitive powers for those adept with the system.

The Fury also possess time manipulation technology as well as the technology to extract Orgone energy and use it as a source of fuel. The Fury also have the ability to generate the Orgone Cloud effect, which not only functions as a protective barrier, but also capable for teleportation purposes. Although only a few high-ranking Fury mobile machines are equipped with an Orgone engine, they are capable of applying their teleportation abilities for multiple targets, allowing for large scale travel.

One of their most recently created technology is the Las-Erem, a device that stops a machine's personal time, thus allowing them to be vulnerable.

The Fury lost a battle against an unknown, alien race and was forced to flee from their homeworld. However, Gu-Landon Goetz also said that they had died out long ago.

As of now, the possibility of the Fury to appear in a future Original Generation game is questionable. If they do appear, it is possible the Fury would fit the description of the "ancestor race", where Earthlings, Balmarians and the Zuvorg originate from. If that is the case, it is also possible that the Balmarian Spirit Emperor, Keisar Ephes, could be of Fury descent, or be a Fury himself.

With the appearance of Super Robot Wars W, there is the possibility that it was the Database, the antagonistic group in the game, that were the Fury's enemies.
