Swaziland has 4,994 Scouts served by the Swaziland Boy Scouts Association. Founded in 1924, it became a member of the World Organization of the Scout Movement in 1968, and is at present a boys only organization.

The association is divided into four districts: Hhohho, Lubombo, Manzini and Shishelweni.

In addition, there are American Boy Scouts in Swaziland, serving as Lone Scouts linked to the Direct Service branch of the Boy Scouts of America, which supports units around the world.
