Swimming Pools... Movie Stars is the twelfth episode of season three of the television situation comedy Will & Grace. The episode's title is a reference to the theme song from The Beverly Hillbillies ("The Ballad of Jed Clampett").

Discovering that Sandra Bernhard's townhouse is up for sale, Will and Grace go to have a look, merely to check out the star's house and meet her. However when they do meet her, the duo soon end up posing as a wealthy couple with a real interest in the house...just to be her friend. And Jack, in a bidding war for Britney Spears's sneakers, attempts to get Karen to show more interest in her stepson Mason.
