TLA is most commonly used as an abbreviation of "three letter acronym" or "three letter abbreviation", but it may also refer to:
- Temporal Logic of Actions, a logic used to describe behaviours of concurrent systems
- Temporary Lodging Allowance, a U.S. military allowance
- Territorial local authority, in New Zealand
- Texas Library Association, a trade organization for librarians in Texas, USA
- The Lazy Admin, an open source program used for remote administration of computers
- Golden Sun: The Lost Age, a video game
- Theater of the Living Arts, now known as the Fillmore at the TLA, Philadelphia
- Three letter agency, a U.S. law enforcement or intelligence agency with a three-letter name abbreviation, (such as the FBI, the CIA, and the NSA)
