TVSN is Australia's only dedicated TV shopping channel, it broadcasts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It broadcasts 220 hours of live content a month.[1]

The channel's presenters work from 9:30am to 9:30pm 7 days a show a range of items from Fashion, Homewares, Health and Beauty and Jewellery. From 9:30pm, the channel broadcasts repeat show from the day.

Every day at 10:30am, TVSN launches a Buyer's Choice, a product that is on special. Sometimes over 50% of RRP. On Monday 8th January 2007, TVSN broke a record for the fastest Buyer's Choice to be sold out in history, the product was the Multi Coloured Freshwater Pearl Strand with 9k Clasp. This Buyer's Choice was originaly $399, was $199 and the Buyer's Choice price was $99.50 (over 75% off.)The product sold in three and a half minutes from it being introduced.

The studios now situated in Frenchs Forest (previously Lane Cove) are recognised as state of the art. The only people in the studio are the presenter and a floor coordinator who rotates products on display, prepare the show, guide the presenter and follow instructions from the producer.

The producer, director, cameramen and lighting and sound technicians sit in the control room located about 50 meters from the studio. The producer and director communicate with the presenter through a Canalphone, which is a small earphone placed in the presenters ear. This is to allow the presenter to know about stock levels and for the producer to convey messages to the presenter and the floor coordinator.

There are 3 cameras in the studio. These are robotics and are operated by the camera technicians in the control room. They move from side to side, up and down, rotate 360 and move front and back, all without the camera operators having to touch the camera.

There are 11 sets within the studio and each set is used for a different types of shows. They used the Kitchen set when the show is about Kitchen ware, The Doll House set when selling Collectible dolls, etc.. Of the 11 sets, 6 are universal. The producer decides which set they want to use for which show and lets the floor coordinator know in order for them to prep the show.
