Take off Your Pants and Jacket is Blink-182's fourth studio album. It was released on June 12, 2001 by MCA Records, and contained the hit singles "The Rock Show", "First Date", "Stay Together for the Kids" and "Anthem Part Two". The album sold over ten million records worldwide while going double platinum in the US. It was originally printed with three different editions, each with different colored discs and different colored covers. Each different type of CD had a separate duo of hidden tracks, one serious, the other a joke song. The bonus tracks were only available on the original pressings of the three variations. The albums title is pun on masturbation: take off your pants and jack-it hard.

The album was a huge success debuting at #1 and selling more than 350,000 copies in its first week on the Billboard 200 becoming the band's first and only album to do so.

  • A letter "G" can be seen on the jacket on the cover of the album. This is because every CD was titled in alphabetical order up until "F" (B for Buddha, C for Cat, etc.) after the band realized an "A" is hidden on the cover of Flyswatter. After "F", the letters were hidden in the artwork.
