Tando Velaphi is an Australian football (soccer) goalkeeper of Zimbabwean and Japanese heritage, who currently plays for Perth Glory in the A-League who he signed for in 2007. Velaphi previously played for Perth SC and had stints at the Newcastle Jets and Queensland Roar, making his A-League debut in Round 20 in the meeting between Queensland Roar and Melbourne Victory at Telstra Dome. Velaphi is currently a member of the Young Socceroos and the Olyroos. Velaphi was also apart of the AIS.
