Teddi Smith (born Delilah Henry on 21 September 1942 in Hastings, Nebraska) is an American model. She was Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for the July 1960 issue. Her centerfold was photographed by William Graham and Edmund Leja. After becoming a Playmate, she was a Bunny at the Chicago Playboy Club. Teddi appeared on the cover of Playboy four times during the early to mid 1960s.

Teddi's prior employment included working as a salesgirl at an exclusive men's clothing store and publicity work for a swimming pool company. Today, according to The Playmate Book, she works as an interior decorator in New York City.
