Teenage Whore is the first single by Hole from their album Pretty on the Inside. The single was not as popular as Retard Girl and Dicknail (the band's previous singles), but it brought attention to the band and their album. Besides the songwriting credits goes collectively to Hole, BMI's website shows that, in fact, "Burn Black" was written only by leader Courtney Love and guitarist Eric Erlandson. It climbed to the top 20 in the UK.
