Ten Museum Park is a skyscraper in Miami, Florida. Located in northeastern downtown, it is part of the recent development boom in Miami. The building is 585 ft (178 m) tall, and has 50 floors. The building contains 20,000 square feet (1,858 square meter) of Class A office space, retail space on the lower floors, and residential condominium units, which occupy most of the space on the upper floors. The tower makes up part of the Biscayne Wall, a series of newly built skyscrapers(and some that are still under construction) along the western side of Biscayne Boulevard north of the Central Business District in Miami. The area is sometimes referred to as the southern boundary of Midtown Miami. It is directly across the street from the Marinablue Miami tower. The building recently had its grand opening in February 2007, and is one of the many new skyscrapers that will or have already opened in the year 2007.
