Terry Fearnley

Terry Fearney was a rugby league player in the Australian competition the New South Wales Rugby League(NSWRL).

Fearnley was a long serving member of the Eastern Suburbs club, playing 144 matches for them at a bleak period in that clubs existence. Injury kept him out of the 1960 grand final, one of the few successful years the Roosters enjoyed in that period, he did however gain seletion to represent his state,NSW, that season.

A former frontrower, Fearnley, enjoyed a successful coaching career after his playing days ended taking Parramatta to there first ever grand final in 1976 and again in '77 and was the coach of the first successful NSW 'State Of Origin' and also coached Australian.
