Terry Westley

Terry Westley was brought to Derby County as Academy Director and to oversee the development of the club's young talent.
Westley previously worked at Rushden & Diamonds, Ipswich Town, Charlton Athletic and Luton Town and has been responsible for bringing along players like Kieron Dyer, Richard Wright, Titus Bramble and Kevin Lisbie. At Derby, he has overseen the development of young stars such as Tom Huddlestone, Lee Holmes and more recently Lewin Nyatanga.
Terry Westley was made caretaker manager of Derby in January 2006 following the departure of Phil Brown. He lost his first game in charge 1-0 at home to Sheffield United and despite not managing a win in four further outings, he was made manager until the end of the season on 23rd February 2006. His first victory in charge was a 1-0 home win over Plymouth Argyle just two days later, courtesy of an Adam Bolder header.
He has now signed for Birmingham City and is to run their football academy.
