The Goddamned Dutch (aka "The Souse Family" or "Drunk Last Night") is a traditional drinking song found among Hash House Harriers, Rugby players and fraternities.

Drunk last night. Drunk the night before,

With the Highland Dutch, and the Lowland Dutch;
