The Hong Kong Football Association (HKFA) (Chinese: 香港足球總會, abbreviated as 香港足總) is the governing body of football (soccer) in Hong Kong.

Established in 1914, the HKFA organizes several football competitions, which are probably the oldest ones in Asia, for all the professionals, amateurs and youngsters in Hong Kong.
In 1954, the HKFA joined FIFA, and was also one of twelve founding associations of the Asian Football Confederation. Hong Kong took an important part in the early development of Asian football, and was given the honour of holding the first Asian Cup competition in 1956. In result, Hong Kong came third in the tournament.
The most popular and famous player in the team is Fan Chun Yip, who often secures the country with his talent and skill. He is well known in the East-Asia region as he is named as one of the best goalkeepers in Asia after his participation in the East Asian Cup 2005.
The HKFA is also responsible for operating the Hong Kong football team (Chinese: 香港足球代表隊), which competes in international football events under the team name of "Hong Kong, China".
The HKFA is currently led by the Hon. Timothy Fok SBS JP.
