The Little Hut is a 1957 comedy film made by MGM. It was directed by Mark Robson, produced by Mark Robson and F. Hugh Herbert, from a screenplay by F. Hugh Herbert, adapted by Nancy Mitford from the play La petite hutte by André Roussin and Carles Soldevila. The cinematography was by Freddie Young and costume design by Christian Dior.

The film starred Ava Gardner, Stewart Granger and David Niven with Walter Chiari and Finlay Currie. It was shot at the Cinecittà Studios in Rome.

Sir Philip Ashlow (Stewart Granger), his wife, Lady Ashlow (Ava Gardner) and Henry Brittingham-Brett (David Niven) are shipwrecked on a desert island. This potential ménage à trois where the two men compete for the lady's attention is interrupted by the unexpected arrival of a fourth inhabitant of the island.
