The Pageant Agency

The Pageant Agency is a franchise licensed by the Miss Universe Organization to produce the state pageants for Miss USA and Miss Teen USA.

The directors of The Pageant Agency are Jim and Judy Clingman of Ottumwa, Iowa. They received the Iowa franchise in 1989 and the Wisconsin franchise in 2003. In 2007 it was announced that they would no longer be directing the Wisconsin pageants, which will be taken over by Future Productions.

During this time they have produced two national winners - Jamie Solinger, Miss Teen USA 1992 and Vanessa Marie Semrow, Miss Teen USA 2002.
