The Umbrella Academy is an upcoming comic book endeavour by rock singer Gerard Way of My Chemical Romance. The comic will feature artwork by artist Gabriel Bá, and will be released by Dark Horse Comics.

The series will be about a group of seven individuals who were formerly in a group whose duty was to protect the planet. The disbanded group reunites after the death of their adopted father, Sir Reginald Hargreeves, also known as The Monocle. The individuals then become aware of a new threat to the planet and they reform the group.

Gerard has stated that the biggest influence on this piece of work was his favourite writer, Grant Morrison's Doom Patrol.

The first issue, Umbrella Academy Zero Killer Pantheon City 2007, is coming out on Free Comic Book Day, May 5, 2007.
