Theodore Roosevelt Birthplace National Historic Site is a unit of the National Park Service at 28 E. 20th Street in Manhattan, New York, New York.

Theodore Roosevelt was born in a brownstone house here on October 27, 1858. He lived in the house until he was 14 years old. Although the original birthplace of Theodore Roosevelt was demolished in 1916, the site was purchased and rebuilt in 1919 by the Women's Roosevelt Memorial Association that eventually merged with the Roosevelt Memorial Association in 1953 to form the Theodore Roosevelt Association. The site was rededicated in 1923 and furnished by the President's widow.

The national historic site was authorized on July 25, 1962. As with all historic areas administered by the National Park Service, the site was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on October 15, 1966.

The site was subsequently refurbished with many of the original furnishings by the President's widow, Edith, and sisters, and now serves as a museum to the life and contributions of the 26th President of the United States.
